1 General Terms

These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between c baji and the user of its services. By registering on the c baji platform, creating an account, or using any service, the user is considered to have read, understood, and accepted these terms in full.

c baji reserves the right to change, add to, or cancel these terms at any time. Continuing to use the service after revised terms are published means the user has agreed to the new terms. Users will be notified of changes as early as reasonably possible.

If any part of this document is found to be unenforceable for any reason, the remaining parts will continue in full effect. c baji not enforcing any term does not mean it has waived that term.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Registration Eligibility

To open an account on c baji, the user must meet the following requirements:

• Must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age.
• Must be a legal resident of Bangladesh.
• Must operate only one account in their own name.
• All information provided at registration must be true and accurate.
• Anyone previously banned by c baji may not open a new account.

2.2 Account Verification

After registration, c baji reserves the right to verify the user's identity. This process may require submission of a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued documents. Some account features may be restricted until verification is complete.

Only one account per user is permitted. If multiple accounts are found, all of them may be closed and the associated balances may be forfeited.

2.3 Updating Information

The user is responsible for keeping their account information up to date at all times. If a mobile number, payment method, or other important detail changes, our support team must be informed promptly.

3 Account Security

The user is solely responsible for keeping their account login details — especially their password — completely confidential. Sharing login details with any third party is strictly prohibited.

If there is any suspicion that someone has gained unauthorised access to the account, or that the password has been exposed to another person, c baji's 24/7 live chat support must be notified immediately. The user is responsible for any activity on the account until such notification is made.

Changing passwords regularly is recommended to keep the account secure. Avoid using easily guessable passwords. c baji will never ask for a password by phone or email.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

Deposits on c baji can be made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (one hundred taka). Only a mobile banking account registered in the user's own name may be used for deposits.

Deposits made from a third-party account may be returned and the account may be temporarily suspended. c baji ensures that the payment process is fully secure.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Withdrawal requests generally take 10 to 45 minutes to process. Withdrawals can only be made to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket, and must be made to the same method used for the deposit.

Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed. To withdraw funds earned from a bonus, the associated wagering requirements must be met — full details are provided in the bonus section below.

4.3 Transaction Review

c baji reserves the right to review unusual or suspicious transactions. If necessary, a withdrawal request may be temporarily held and additional information may be requested. This is done in the interest of platform security.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

c baji offers new users a 200% first deposit bonus of up to ৳5,000. To receive this bonus, specific wagering requirements must be met: winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn after wagering the bonus amount 15 (fifteen) times.

For example: if someone deposits ৳1,000, they will receive a ৳2,000 bonus and the total balance will be ৳3,000. In this case the wagering requirement will be ৳2,000 × 15 = ৳30,000. This means a total of ৳30,000 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

Promotional offers are for personal use. The same person or household may claim only one bonus. If c baji finds evidence of bonus abuse, it reserves the right to close the account and forfeit the bonus.

All promotional offers have a set expiry period. Unused bonuses will be cancelled automatically once they expire. c baji reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion at any time.

6 Betting and Games

6.1 Betting Rules

All bets placed on c baji are considered final. c baji reserves the right to void any bet accepted incorrectly due to a technical error. If there is a dispute over the outcome of any bet, c baji's decision will be considered final.

If the internet connection is lost while betting in the live section, or if a game stops mid-way, c baji reserves the right to review the related bet. If the outcome of a game inspection changes for any reason, this will be reflected in the settlement of the relevant bet.

6.2 Game Operation

c baji works with various reputable game providers. RTP (Return to Player) information for games is determined by the respective game provider. c baji does not interfere with game outcomes; all games are operated using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

6.3 Sports Betting

For sports betting, event outcomes are determined based on official sources or confirmed information from the relevant sports authority. Bets on unresolved events may be held and will only be settled after the official result is announced.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the c baji platform:

• Operating an account under another person's identity or with false information.
• Creating or operating more than one account for the same person.
• Strategically abusing the bonus system or attempting to earn bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to the platform's software or systems.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or play games.
• Acting fraudulently against other users or colluding to gain an unfair advantage.
• Playing games with a third party's funds or operating an account on behalf of a user through a third party.

If such activities are detected, c baji may close the account and forfeit the associated balance without prior warning.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Suspension by c baji

c baji may temporarily suspend an account in the following circumstances:

• While an identity verification process is ongoing.
• If a security concern arises.
• During an investigation into a possible breach of these rules.
• If an unusual transaction pattern is detected.

8.2 Closure by the User

A user may close their account at any time if they wish. To do so, they must contact c baji support via 24/7 live chat or email. The opportunity to withdraw any valid balance will be given before the account is closed.

9 Responsible Gaming

c baji believes that gambling or betting is a form of entertainment — not a source of income. The platform encourages all users to play within their means and responsibly.

For those who feel they are losing control over their gambling, c baji provides the option to set deposit limits, temporarily self-exclude, and fully close the account. Contact the support team to use these options.
